The therapeutic relationship is very important to me. I value the specific and unique personalities of every client. Therefore, it is very important that you ask yourself what kind of therapist you want to work with.
I offer a nonjudgmental, safe, and comfortable place to talk. I strive to cultivate an environment where you feel safe to be vulnerable, and reflect on difficult topics. I consider a person within the context they live in, and the history they bring with them. I am trauma- sensitive, and I allow you to experience therapy in a relaxed environment without judgement or pressure. Whatever brings you to my office, you will have a safe space and an open ear.
